Like I wrote, Splatoon wasnt real demo, it was just test for servers for online playing, something similar most of online games have. Playing games at Bust Buy isnt what we talking about here, I cant download Demo from Best Buy and play on my Wii U. None of those games you mention didn't had Demo that I could play on my Wii U before launch of those games, thats my point. Question is very simple, when last time Nintendo released real Demo before launch of a game!? |
Yes like I wrote, I know you can't accept the answer, you instead come up with your own definition for the word demo and call the Splatoon one a fake despite it fulfilling your own criteria, being downloadable off the eShop, which only tells me that you'll deny any answer that doesn't fit with what you're trying to say no matter how silly the excuses you have to make are.
Demo = A demonstration of a product, often of an early version or prototype. http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/demo
Whether in-store or off the eShop (which btw Pokemon Smash n Fire Emblem did have downloadable), as long as you're playing the not full/finished version of the game, it is infact a demo. It doesn't only become a demo once it's available on the eShop and isn't for an online game, that's just nonsense logic.
Iirc, all pre-launch Wii U demos have all been in store besides Splatoon, and again, three times in a row E3 has had demos for the public. Of course I don't know the exact reason why the people you're responding to believe a Zelda U demo is possible, but Nintendo has done this many times before so it's not unreasonable to think they'll do it again.
