DQ11 means very little in this case. It's a mainline DQ and the DQ brand is largely Nintendo focussed. Of course DQ11 would come to NX.

It wasn't because it was Dragon Quest XI; it was because they were talking about the PS4 version (I assume) running on Unreal Engine 4.  If they're willing to port that over to the NX, then it isn't outside the realm of possibility that FFVII:R and KH3 ports will come as well since they both run on Unreal Engine 4 (and FFXV since porting Dragon Queset 11 may show that the NX has the power to handle it).  Add to that, the fact that FFXV, KH3 and FFVII:R will (or probably will be) ported over to the xbox one and PC anyway; so if they're already going to do that, then why not to the NX as well?
