Nintendo isn't going to tease the 7th gen on the NX if it's coming in two years. If this is really 7th gen (which I don't think so), either it comes to the 3DS or it comes to the NX, at launch or in less than a year after launch.

Also, Pokemon games are special system sellers. Every Pokemon game has managed to sell more than 14m copies. If we roughly translate that into hardware, we could say that the games move at least 7-14m units. Those numbers are incredibly huge, specially on consoles thatmight not have othersellers like CoD or FIFA. 

uh, what? Nintendo isn't teasing anything in a particular system. They showed a new pokemon that is 99.9% likely a 7 gen one. The 7 gen surely could be a launch title for the next handheld in 2016 but chances are that it's a 2017 game and we get another 6 gen installment for 3ds this year.
