Just pre-registered. They say that the My Nintendo Points are only available for 6 month :/
Also.. I got a better look at what Miitomo is. It seems to be a messaging app (mayble like WhatsApp) with additional features which are the Mii's. So you can chat with your friends which are also using them and some more stuff.
