Tagging this for a read tomorrow, think I'm too tired to try to understand the OP fully, more money is earned from PS4 versions of ubisoft games, but not in line with the sales of the consoles compared to each other.
Hmmmmmz.
Could only begin to ponder this is due to playstation exclusives overlapping some of what Ubisoft is offering, or ya know it really being a 50% chance that one console will have a higher per user purchase rate of a certain companies games, regardless of how many million people own either system, I bet if the 1 ouya User was to buy every Ubisoft title he could from the ouya Store then the platform would have the highest per user spending on ubisoft games, would it make it a good place to send more games tho? no, of course not.
