That was actually rhetorical, because nobody has that right.  Creators create the games they want to make.  Everyone else can buy or not.  The market will choose.

No no, I'm telling you, I am the person who has that right. It's me. I am the person who makes others the arbiter of what game should exist when, amongst many other things.
