A frustrated lonely guy who was bullied by immigrant youths and sick and tired of Swedish leniency towards immigrant bad behaviour. There's your "racist".
I don't know about the doctor case. You'd have to tell about it. I have a hard time imagining that Swedish culture had much to do with it though.
