I generally like these kind of games (Telltale, Life is Strange) but just felt that Firewatch was lacking. It was marketed quite differently in the promos, giving it a somewhat different vibe that what it turned out to be. Took around 4 for the credits to roll. Here is what i said i said in the review thread, "Game has cool premise and setting. The first half was quite interesting, building up to the climax but nothing really materializes. You slowly walk forward hoping that the ending will have an interesting pay off but well it just kind of fizzles out." I got to say the voice actors were great. If they sucked those 4 hours would have felt twice as long. |
