I find them very annoying. I feel like you only to do that against me, but give everyone else a good fight.

 Now, now, now counters are part of a good fight my friend! Marth and Metaknight have attacks that come out quicker than anything Peach can dish out so it's either get hit (BAD), roll away (MEH) or counter (NICE!)
