Even statistically it's impossible for there not being other life out there. So yes.
Have they visited us? No, for the same reason. Assuming it's at all possible to make these kind of trips through space, they would be very lucky to have stumbled upon us in the first place, complicated by the fact that they would have a tiny window to visit us alive; if they were here 100,000 years ago, they missed us, if they are here a 100,000 years (or much sooner even probably) in the future they also miss us. And a timespan of 200,000 years is absolutely nothing.
