Umm the OP said it.. and it is fact.. so there really is no need for this thread ;p ... In an infinite universe, of infinite possibilities, infinite combinations.. It is absolutely inconceivable that there is not other forms of life out there. The human brain cannot even begin to fathom the size and scope of the Universe. and that is the known Universe. Even me now thinking I understand, I don't. It's really fascinating stuff.
But my answer would be yes. Obviously.
