Sure, why not. Though I dunno if releasing Mario 64 would attract a lot of people. By today's standards, I don't think anyone could stand to look at it...
Although this seems kind of pointless. You can get M64 and Galaxy 1 and 2 on VC already. What's the point of a physical recollection?
