Likely not soon, because a lot of the American population, and not to mention American corporations would rather continue to ruin the climate :-/

Government should make a device that charges us by how much carbon we exhale and extend that to any animals we may own as well. Forget the corporations, they'll get a pass since they basically run the US government at this point.

I understood you were joking, but I'm not joking when I say I think there should be a carbon tax (obviously not for carbon you exhale though...).
