Not that I consider Metacritic any more than a collection of opinions, but 67 to 43 is a pretty significant gap.
And you don't need to cherry pick with Devil's Third, bugs and flaws are constantly thrown in your face, you only need to play for five minutes to witness a veritable parade of bugs, laughable AI, graphics from 2005, and a framerate that runs like a 3-legged dog with epilepsy.
