 You seem to mingle architecture and power together. A PowerPC-CPU can be more powerful or less powerful than an x86 or x64 CPU. Has nothing to do with architecture. Second AMD could license PowerPC and build them themself (didn't do it as far as I know though).

NX will have ARM or x86 or both (ARM for handheld and x86 for home console), it will not have PowerPC.
