You sure are hardcore.
Out of curiousity, what were those unexpected expenses in or after 2004?
I had to buy a replacement car in 2004 after my first car died shortly after moving out of my parents' house. Lost my job in late 2005 due to disability-related absences (I have muscular dystrophy, which makes it very hard to move sometimes, and physical activity just makes it worse). I was pretty much flat broke after bills and groceries until 2009-ish (disability doesn't pay much) as I couldn't find another job for the longest time. Fortunately I have a roommate to split the bills with. But now, unless there's some unexpected expenses, I usually have a little bit of money to spend on myself. Nearly all of my spending money in 2013 went to buying a Wii U and PS4, but I was broke again through most of 2014 and 2015 because of those other big expenses I mentioned. Now I actually have some money again and can afford to buy non-necessities.
And what is an "AC unit"?
Air conditioning. Well, the machine is both a central heating and AC unit, or in more technical terms an HVAC. Here in the American Southeast, you kind of need one. The average high temperature in the summer months here in the Augusta, Georgia area is 91-93°F (33-34°C). Our old AC unit had an irreparable coolant leak in early 2014 and had to be replaced.

Sounds like you have had a hard life. Do you work now?
You are lucky to live in a warm region. I hate the Swedish weather.
