Yeah i expected Wii-U consoles to be overtracked(wich they are) and by that logic most software sales as well. But i'm glad it's doing well, it alway's hade the potential to be a sleeper hit.

Wii U is not overtracked here, its actually undertracked.Nintendo reports states that it has sold 12.6 million, and here it is at 12.5 millions in January 9th.And Mario Maker must be undertracked by about 350k here, since vgchartz, as we all know, dont count digital.
