Yeah, I agree slice was cool, but it got boring after about an hour . Pushing A over and over was not... Had that game not had that cool sense of style and its unique-ness...I don't think most people would give it a second glance as DMC4 really is much more engaging gameplay wise even taking the "slice" in to consideration.
