I never did manage to beat Alex Kidd and recently watched a YouTube playthrough to see how close to the end I'd ever gotten (about 2/3). Games were so much tougher in those days and the lack of a save system was a killer. |
The last boss level in the castle was really tough. Especially when you hit a hoax box by mistake and set a ghost free.
