It's actually the title screen on the left. If you look closely around the Start button, you can see the words "Wii Wi-Fi Connection" in grey.

 OK, I see Wi-Fi Connection in grey, but still no wii... is the Wii part on the top of the Game Start part following some numbers? I dunno... that could be anything.
