Splatoon hands down is the game of the year for what it meant to Nintendo and it's sheer level of awesomeness. However I am still not sure is it truly awesome or were my expectations kept in check. Xenoblade has been such a wonderful game that even without a New Game Plus option I am considering going back into it and doing it as methodically as possible.
