That's kind of amazing, when you think about it. Detroit has had two, true franchise players, guys who count among the best to ever play their positions, and now they might both have opted to pack up and leave the game early without having ever made any real impact in the post-season.
That's a hell of a legacy for a team show to new draft picks.
Actually, now I'm sad about Barry Sanders all over again, as I still consider him to be the best running back I've ever seen in my life.
