And loot doesnt belong to Sony anymore anyhow, for like nearly a year now. Its not an IP owned by the PS division (who have published already on smartphones and PC) and therefore can appear on any device. Its like questioning why games by SOE were, for years, always PC only... they belong to the parent company and not the PS division. |
There was a Q Bert game that came to PS3 in 2007 that has apparently been delisted. Maybe because they felt Rebooted is the better product?
Either way, lets look at the facts. Its a Sony IP, its been console exclusive to Playstation for well over a decade, Q Bert hasn't been on a competing platform since the Dreamcast, and for some reason its now coming to Xbox. It doesn't seem slightly odd to you Sony is going to allow that IP on another console out of the blue?
