I doubt you're dying though. Maybe your clothes just stink really bad?

I started lifting again this month, and I plan on keeping it going this time. I have a friend of mine who shared his work out schedule with me. I lift 3 days a week. Tuesday is triceps/biceps, Thursday is back/shoulders/chest, and Sunday is bicep/triceps with ab stuff mixed through the week. I get cardio by playing basketball/running every other day through the week. I've been lifting the last 3 weeks, and I can already tell a difference. I have a lot more energy, compared to doing only cardio before.

 

No leg day tho?
