ow wow.. i don't think Pellegrini did a bad job.. didn't he renew last year..
Will be interesting to see Guardiola and his high pressure, fast recovery, lots of passing and movement game in England.. He literally killed the legs of his players at Bayern and the Premier League has many more games and physically more demanding.. Players like Kompany and Aguero aren't build to play that many matches let alone the game Guardiola wants to play
