Out of interest, did Sony try to trademark the 'Lets Play' for advertising stuff only or 'Lets Play' in general? I thought trademarks were not as broad as the latter and you had to specify what you intend to use them for. In Sony's case in adverts which could appear on TV or on billboards when advertising the Playstation, kind of like Peugeots 'The Drive of Your Life' slogan?
