What? Do they honestly think they have some sort of patent on...reactions? Let alone let's plays?
BTW I have never seen anyone use their exact format either (Lots of diffrent people from a specific group reacting to something in a controlled environment) and I'm petty sure they didn't invent the reaction video itself either (Maybe they should start paying royalties to that Nintendo kid?).
I get the desire to protect your hard work from copycats and a reqirement to at least ask permission from someone if they intent to copy your format, but threatenig legal action over something you didn't invent yourself either?
In any case they are a juggernaut channel and this just comes off as bullying.
It's a shame because I quite enjoy some of their videos.
