He just can't get enough, that's all. You don't see Toby Fox complaining about pirated games of Undertale and you know why? Because the game sells good enough. |
I'm not sure how you can pin it on greed. The game just launched, he didn't know how well it's going to sell. One failed game could lose him a lot of money and we don't know the knock on effect of this. Bigger studios have gone under so why shouldn't he worry.
Anyway he's already said that the media took what he said about piracy out of context.
