The whole argument that they wouldnt pay anyway doesn't have much proof behind it. Take a look at the music industry in the 1980's and 1990's and compare it to now. A great record like Appetite for Destruction sold like 25 million copies. Now if an album sells 5 million it's legendary. Generations grow up with stealing being the norm and think nothing of it.
Do you know how many people in these forums use emulators on older games which are sold on the virtual console or Ebay and justify it by saying it's not actually theft? lol Online file sharing has ruined or is ruining almost every media industry we have. It's a real problem.
