It will probably be at nintendo's suggestion to third party developers and their own discretion.
They will have value games like captain toad and kirby (or mario golf on 3ds) that will come out cheaper, but i think it will be a solid price for both, which is ok only if they still have cheaper games as well.
If they throw it all out and you don't get the really good rpg's you got on the 3ds with lesser graphics at a cheaper price that will suck.
