So with MS announcing that Xb one volume was up, while revenue was down, for the final quarter of the year. And VGC LTD numbers being more or less right according to EA's estimate. And sell though numbers for the same period for VGC showing a small decline. Does that mean MS overshipped a bit, or does that mean VGC overtracked Xb one's LTD prior to the final quarter?
It is kinda useful to have an updated point of reference for the approximate Xb one LTD independent of VGC. Because I think MS is never going to publicly announce it's Xb one LTD for the rest of the generation. The gap between it and PS4 is simply too large for MS to be able to really talk about its LTD in a positive light so all PR will be in relative terms, YoY comparisons and generation on generation comparisons (while they remain favourable.
