Waiting for 2017 would make for another major factor: PS4 and X1's install bases would grow A LOT, and I'm shure Nintendo aims to get an NX in the house of those people instead of releasing a new console on a market with a 70M PS4 and a 40/50M X1 ...

I understand why you think this way but that's not how it works.  People buy consoles for the experience... for the games.  I don't really think that there are such things as fanbases because there is no shame in enjoying a game from any system because you're enjoying it.  I wouldn't worry about what Microsoft and Sony do because Nintendo has differentiated itself from them the past decade.  If they put out a product people want and market it better than the Wii U they will be profitable and highly successful.
