It will never be possible to outhype Halo. Why? Because the gaming community UNIFORMLY says this game is "solid" at best, while the multiplayer is fun, yet it gets 10s, and sells bajillions. Don't forget to factor in Mountain Dew, Nascar, millions worth in commercials, etc. MGS4 won't sells million on hype, it will sell on the greatness of the game, much like how Kingdom Hearts was a sleeper hit that sold out of nowhere for such an unlikely mix up
