The type of chipset in this briefing was a new custom chipset that PSVR wouldn't require as that works with the PS4 the same way the gamepad works with the Wii U. The part of the briefing was focused on chipsets like the APUs powering consoles which PSVR being mainly a display focused device doesn't need as I don't think it runs the game itself.
