Nope, that's not censorship. That's moderation. Self censorship is a colloquialism and popular misappropriation of the word. 

If you want to argue that Nintendo the publisher is an external party relative to the people who developed the game, then there is a case to be made of censorship. But first you have to prove that the people who developed the game itself did not choose to remove that content.
