I tried the PSP for emulation but I found the PC to be a lot better in that regard. You can emulate more systems on it and have access to better controller options.

Of course, but to emulate Snes/GBA/Genesis games on the go it was great, and also you can play your ps1 games on it without emulation, you have to convert the ISO into an Eboot and most of them run really well, even better than in PC emulators since it has less errors specially in video scenes.
