Sadly this is true. Also a VC release of Fatal Frame 4 makes no sense too. Cause if they do a pure port, than the game wouldn't be localized and still had the original bugs in it.
Would be kind of cool if Nintendo asked the fan-translators, if they could put their translated version on VC ... This would solve the language problem, but the bugs would still be in the game.
However there are a few Wii games, which would even make sense to put on VC. For example they could put Disaster Day of Crisis and Fatal Frame 2 on the US-E-Shop and Excite Bots on the EU-E-Shop.
