Why are you throwing in a drive that you really and honestly don't need to use much of in 2016 for gaming on PC?. You do realise a lot more game digitally on the platform than to use physical disks?. For consoles all the way yeah on physical disk usage because that is a strong and common thing to see but on PC it's really not that common as you think, especially forking out for a BR drive to play games on PC, probably the rarest cost to throw in if ever. Also you can grab a gamepad for at least £25 from various stores online. |
its an important apsect for a gamer. Not every PS3 has to be fully installed on the hardrive those it saves HD space.
And having a Blue Ray laser and using Blue Ray discs means that the games are a lot more reliable than DVDs, the laser is stronger and the Blue Ray discs have an extra protection over DVDs. This means you dont have to worry about buying games used, they will work 99% of the times.
I have tottally scratched copy of Resident Evil 1 on the PS1. The disc wont play on PS1 or PS2 but on PS3 it does because the laser is stronger.
