The only thing you can do is keep busy and even that wont help much. I dealt with it by being a long for a long time and getting high and watching the whole battlestar galactica show. After I was done with the show there was this girl on my FB who was constantly dating different guys so I knew she was good to go. Banged her a few times and went back to being a lone. Follow that routine it always gets you through the tough times.
