Around $0.51 per liter, not gallon. Puerto Rico has a weird amalgamation of the Metric and Imperial system. This is the cheapest it has been in nearly a decade. With $10, I can fill half a tank. It's... crazy! And diesel is $0.44 per liter! What is this madness?
