Well, it's a tie, Yokai sales are slowly fadding while third Pokémon titles have never shined in their third release, tough the dual release ala B2/W2 is still possible and the lack of Pokémon games for one year might cause  players to jump on Z...

I don't see Yokai watch sales fading at all right now. Yokai watch 1 was outsold by 2 and version 3 of 2 sold over 2 mil. Busters is a spin off so I wouldn't count it. As long as it doesn't suffer a huge drop off Yokai watch 3 will probably beat Pokemon... but I'm not crazy enough to bet on it.
