I don't understand why you think things will be different with NX , they should try push more games with Wii U + a small price cut so they achieve 25-30 million sales worldwide.
And 13 million isn't small percentage because Gamecube sold 22 millions.
Wii audience gone to mobile/casual gaming so don't expect them to come back.
