They dont label it out like there competitors, in fact i dont think they care if they release aslonmg as theres money involved.

2nd link is funny because MS Games said to ask Rareware but dont Rareware answer to MS Games when it comes to development of games XD.

Rare does there own thing now, and judging by the link its up to Rare, but im sure they would have to run it by MS first before doing it.
