Win-win.
But i thought a little different.
OK, nx hardware exists, and Nintendo develop games exclusively for them. People just buy the games and play.
For those who didnt want to buy another hardware, just pay for each month for a nx streaming on its other device(inclufing one and ps4 ), but you also have to pay for the games(at least the big ones).
Só, ninty would still on hardware market, developing games only for their consoles(bar the mobile thing), but their games will reach much more people(and sell more), and subscription for years would profit better than manufacturing and selling some more consoles.
