That doesn't fix it. Nintendo would need to release a Splatoon GOTY version or something with everything included on the disc.

Oh, you don't like that some of the game is digital even if you have a disk. Come on what's so bad about that? :L

It might have been a good idea, but it didn't do that much for me. Ever since they introduced Rainmaker and kept the mode rotation, I've barely played the game, since it's basically impossible to play squad battles with my friends in the only mode we enjoy (tower control). Mode rotation sucks ass.

It works but for negative reasons, mainly the map and rank mode rotation. Only two maps and one mode every 4 hours isn't the best idea at all, it should at least be 3 maps and two modes.

We all know why they did it, and hopefully next time they avoid this by releasing the game complete, with a proper map and rank mode rotation

I hope they ditch the mode rotation for the sequel. I don't really mind the map rotation though!

While I agree, this thread is about how the content was distributed, not regulated. The rotation could be implemented regardless of how much or little content there is, seeing how it's still there...

I agree that it improved the legs, but there were people coplaining for the lack of content before the launch of the game, what I'm trying to say is that if they released the game with 2/3 more maps and 10 or so more weapons without affecting the regularity of the updates (so resulting with more maps/weapons as of now) they would have sold EVEN BETTER

Well you can say that about every game ever lol. There has to be a cut off point otherwise games would just be in development forever.
