That, in my opinion, is something horrible. I understand people who don't like the game, but there are some limits to plain disappointment for a flippin game.
That being said, even if all the hate the game is getting really means that fans want a real Metroid game, its Nintendo we're talking about. They live in their own little world with candies and puppies. They're not going to see it they way you want. And even if they do, they will ignore it, because they"re not going to allow some people on the internet to have power on their own decisions. |
To be fair since I first read that MP:FF was developed by NLG I thought "Oh... It must be a concept they were given from the head of Nintendo, I feel sorry for them...". I don't think that a creative studio such as NLG wanted to make a co-op shooting game to begin with... It's just foolish to think that Nintendo wouldn't get it, it's true that they don't listen to fans a lot, but it doesn't mean that they don't listen, let's not treat Nintendo as if they were a person with sunglasses in a dark room...
