The game is about squids, that have basically 92% of water on their body composition, turning into kids, that have 70% water on their composition. They also shoot ink, which, again, has water as a main source of composition. There are also maps on oceans and stuff.
Clearly there's too much water in Splatoon, therefore IGN is against it! =o
