When it comes to Japanese games I've only heard censorship from Nintendo though.  

If you can find other Japanese games that aren't from Nintendo (and not on a Nintendo system) that does randomly odd censorship please let me know.  Just lately I keep hearing it coming from Nintendo and just can't help but wonder...

Thanks for the link.  Seems like outside of Nintendo systems there's very few Japanese games that got censored and if they did it was mainly because of too violent.
