The first one didn't do that great compared to other multiplat games on last gen systems. Does it matter when it's not exclusive or on your system that it shuffles such emotions within you? because you sound a bit disturbed by what you say. Bayo 2 wasn't funded by Sony or MS, none of those two bothered to make a move and why would Nintendo fund a game to allow it on other plats?, I don't see MS or SOny doing the same towards their main competitors.
If you want to use the "they lost out on so many sales" then this argument can be used the same way against Sony and MS, it doesn't work as a strict one way street so lets not try twisting it that way.
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
