Do you think there would be a second meltdown if Bayonetta 3 was announced NX exclusive?

I'd be stunned if they announced that as an exclusive, they already lost out on so mch sales by not making it multiplat, they probably sold a quarter of what they would have by doing what they did and I believe they realise this. But to be fair, bayonetta as an exclusive won't be a system seller, the game has been forgotten about now and a number 3 won't be a system seller, however the NX is going to need some sort of exclusive to help sell the system.
